Called my 800 number, talked for 2.3 minutes, but not to me. Billing showed up on my account at the end of the month.

Call not answered - no message

These people have called me several time with threats and harassments. They claim to be a law firm yet their English is barely understandable. Please help stop this type of actions.

Robo debt collector. Problem is when you pick up, after 5 seconds the computer hangs up. Probably set up more to torment than to get any action. I bet this debt collection agency has to show they are attempting to collect the debt. Once they know the debt holder can't pay, they will robo call them to show the primary debt holder that they are still working on that debt client.

Asked for Mr Herner about a invoice she received and to thank him, but Mr Herner has nothing to do with estimating, started to get annoyed when she couldn't get through. Jade, please do not call again. Mr. Herner

I cannot call back it says its been disconnected, even thought they called me 10 minutes ago.

These people keep calling and leaving no message. They call at least three or four times a day. I am on the "Do Not Call" List and I would love to know who they are so I can report them to the FCC.

Called last night at 8:31, 9:03, 9:21 and 9:30. Finally answered last called after they woke me up 3 times and they asked for a person that doesn't reside at our house. Told her never to call again and hung up on her. From previous comments I guess it's a political poll call.I thought calling was not allowed after 9 pm! >:O
